Bob Bertolotto

Born in Deadwood and raised in Meade County of Western South Dakota, I grew up on a farm/ranch just east of the Black Hills in Bear Butte Valley. I have spent most of my life in the Black Hills area, where Western values are still important.  My passion for the outdoors has taken me to many of the incredible locations through out the Black Hills region, so whether it’s a springtime branding or camping in the high country I’m at home in the Black Hills or on the prairie.

I attended a country school through the eighth grade, graduated from Sturgis, Brown High School in Sturgis, SD. I have an Associate of Science degree from Western Dakota Vo-Tech, Sturgis, SD, in Farm/Ranch Management and an Associate of Science degree from National American University Rapid City, in Veterinarian Technology. I received my South Dakota Real Estate License in 2001 and have maintained my license since.

My husband Raymond Riesland and I have been involved in agriculture since we have been married. Raymond manages a farm/ranch in the Vale, SD area. We currently run a herd of Registered Hereford Cattle, a flock of Registered Columbia and commercial sheep. We have three children and a son-in-law, Nikole & Simon Haumont, Flint Riesland and Jade Riesland.
